Admissions and Referrals
Sisters In Faith Group Home works closely with Texas CPS, HHSC, and licensed agencies to provide safe, nurturing care for girls ages 13–18. Our admissions process ensures each girl receives the support she needs to thrive academically, emotionally, and spiritually. Please review our eligibility criteria and referral process for more information.

Age:
Girls ages 13–18, may retain girls up to age 21 who meet eligibility requirements

Gender:
Female-identifying youth only

Intellectual & Educational Considerations:
Girls with average intellectual functioning or above are best served in our environment. Girls with learning disabilities are welcome and will receive appropriate support to participate in school, tutoring, and life skills programming. At this time, our program is not equipped to serve girls with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities requiring specialized supports beyond our scope of care.

Health & Medical Requirements:
Girls must be medically stable. Must have manageable physical or mental health conditions that can be supported within our residential setting. Ongoing access to medical care, dental care, and clinical therapy is available through our professional staff, including nurses, doctors, and clinical therapists.

Behavioral & Emotional Considerations:
Girls with a history of trauma, loss, exploitation, or behavioral challenges are welcome if they can safely participate in our programs. This includes girls who are survivors of sexual exploitation or sex trafficking and require a safe, therapeutic, trauma-informed residential treatment environment. We provide trauma-informed care, counseling, and mentorship to support emotional and behavioral growth. Girls requiring intensive psychiatric care, or who pose a danger to themselves or others, may not be suitable for our program.
